He built his experience working for many years at various levels in companies operating in the field of strategic consulting. He specializes in due diligence and business valuation.
He is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics and in his spare time learns to fly airplanes.

Michal is also responsible for leading the companies’ sales processes, relations with investors and buying companies. He has extensive experience in the marketing industry, especially in introducing products to new markets.
From 2006 to 2008, he served as vice president of TEQUILA\CEE (within TEQUILA Worldwide, based in New York), a global holding company consisting of 44 companies with a presence in 34 markets worldwide. He has won dozens of awards in direct marketing and advertising competitions such as Boomerang, Golden Arrow, Kreatura, Effie and Golden Eagles.
